REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

a) RETURNS POLICY

30 DAY RETURN

You may request to return the product within 30 days of delivery in case you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Returned products must be in the same condition as when sent, with all labels. Returns will not be accepted if the product label is removed or missing. Please note that Shipping/Collection fees are non-refundable. Also, please note that we do not charge any additional handling fees for returns.

Please provide us with your Order Number and the full name you used to place your order.

Briefly explain the product you want to return.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you an email with instructions on how and where to send the package.

TRANSPORTATION COSTS

All shipping charges are your responsibility and are non-refundable once you receive the item.

In case the product is defective due to the store’s side, we will exchange it for you free of charge.

PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED

If the product is damaged upon delivery/receipt, please take a photo of the damaged product. Notify us of such delivery via email [email protected].

b) REFUND POLICY

REFUND TIME

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the product for a full refund or exchange. We will arrange the return and process a full refund for defective products. But if it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange the product. Your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

 REFUND CONDITIONS

You have not received the product even though you have paid.

The product we delivered does not match your order.

The product has been damaged.

REFUND OPTIONS

Once we receive your return and review it, we will notify you via email of receipt of the return and notification of approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially credited.

Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is posted.

CANCEL ORDER

Exchange and cancellation requests are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm when it is applied.

You cannot change your order after 24 hours.
