ODER PROCESSING

Order Cut-Off Time: 6PM (Central Standard Time) Monday to Friday.

Order Processing Time: 1-3 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery time for orders is 7-20 business days from order date. Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A signature will be required upon delivery.

However, there will be cases where we cannot transport in advance such as weather conditions or logistics difficulties that can lead to small delays. Please add additional delivery date for delivery. If there is a delay during the conversion process, we will contact you via email.

SHIPPING COST

Standard shipping: $6.99 on all orders.

SHIPPING METHOD

We work with the US Postal Service and other shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

ORDER LOST

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may be lost during shipping. It is the recipient’s responsibility to locate packages. However, we will do everything in our power to assist you.

We strongly recommend that you choose a delivery address that you trust and preferably one that has someone who can receive and sign for the package.

ADDRESS IS INCORRECT

We will not be responsible for the loss of any parcels sent due to incorrect delivery information. If you accidentally sent the wrong address when placing an order, please contact us immediately.

ORDER DAMAGED

If the parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. If you are not present at the time of delivery, please contact our customer service team when damage is discovered.
